# How do my volunteers/employees take an online refresher training?

The current online refresher “Vulnerable Adults” is taken through the individual’s VIRTUS online account.

1. The local administrator must manually assign the module to the individual’s account in the VIRTUS system. ([Site Administrator Guide](https://archden.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/Denver_VIRTUS-Site-Administrator-Guide_June_2022.pdf) pg 7).
2. The local administrator may use the [Refresher Instructions Template](https://missionsupport.archden.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/Refresher-Vulnerable-Instructions.2.docx) to instruct the individual on how to access their VIRTUS account and the online refresher.
